Henglu Automobile was founded in December 2017 and is located in Kunshan Development Zone, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. The factory covers an area of approximately 10000 square meters and has nearly 100 employees. It has two automated production lines and a production capacity of up to 900000 pieces per year. In addition, the company has also invested in experimental equipment such as performance testing benches, durability testing benches, vibration testing benches, and NVH semi anechoic chambers, which can be used for product testing and verification.
The company's products are divided into three major series: (1) motor controller assembly for the entire series of steering systems (referred to as: PPK）。 (2) Steering system assembly, including C-EPS DP/R-EPS、 Rear wheel steering system (RWS) and steer by wire system (SBW). (3) Other components of the steering system.

The company's founder and executive team both come from top tier automotive chassis companies, with around 20 years of experience in automotive chassis research and development, project management, manufacturing, after-sales management, and market sales. The R&D team also comes from well-known automotive chassis companies, with rich project experience in software development, hardware design, mechanical design, and testing and tuning. The product is functionally safe and reliable, adopting a security architecture design that includes hardware backup, monitoring and full self diagnostic capabilities, signal redundancy, execution redundancy, and network communication redundancy, which can meet the functional safety ASIL-D requirements.
