Job Description:
  • 1.Daily (24-hour telephone support) routine inspections of production lines and supporting equipment to ensure their normal operation. When the machine malfunctions, perform troubleshooting and repair work.
  • 2.Establish a maintenance plan for factory/production testing equipment, assist in equipment relocation and installation. Provide maintenance and upkeep services for production line equipment and facilities, with regular maintenance.
  • 3.Daily maintenance paperwork: Determine the requirements for testing equipment, develop PM and TPM manuals, and train PM technicians and TPM operators.
  • 4.Identify spare parts/molds, create and maintain a list of spare parts.
  • 5.Weekly/monthly reports on machine downtime analysis and tracking of corrective action implementation.
