On July 16, 2024, Chenlu Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a provider of intelligent chassis system solutions, announced the completion of its A+round of financing. Our company has opened a financing window since the second half of 2023 and has completed nearly 200 million yuan in Series A and Series A+financing in less than a year. The A+round of financing is led by Xiamen Jianfa Group, followed by Shanghai Lingang Group and Guangfa Xinde, with additional investment from old shareholder Fengnian Capital.

Our company has completed the construction of the first phase of the production base and successfully passed the ISO14001, ISO45001, and IATF16949 system certifications. This financing will mainly be used for the second phase construction of Chenlu Technology's intelligent manufacturing industrialization base and the research and development investment of next-generation products.
